Chic and contemporary, AndBeyond Ngala Tented Camp comprises just nine intimate and luxurious suites, making it a perfect exclusive-use option for a small family or group of friends.
The tents are set on raised platforms and cleverly designed to blend into the riverside trees, minimising the impact on the environment.
Each tent has an ensuite bathroom, swirling overhead fan, air conditioning, outdoor bathtubs and showers, snug electric blankets for winter, and private expansive wooden decks.

AndBeyond Ngala Private Game Reserve shares an unfenced boundary with the world-renowned wildlife sanctuary, which also happens to be one of the biggest game reserves in the world.
A spectacular diversity of wildlife moves through this immense wilderness, including breeding herds of elephant, leopard, spotted hyena, giraffe, large buffalo herds, and white rhino.
With its name meaning lion in the local language Shangaan, the Ngala experience lives up to its promise, supporting several large prides of these powerful cats.
African wild dogs can also be spotted moving through the reserve.
Ngala Private Game Reserve has exclusive traversing rights on 14 700 hectares (36 000 acres) of wilderness land, which means our guests can explore the reserve on foot, free from the constraints of roads and vehicles, go on a night drive, or sensitively go off-road enabling you to get closer to wildlife.
Set off in search of the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino) as well as an array of other fascinating creatures such as wild dogs, hippos, cheetahs, and a plethora of bird species.

Ngala Private Game Reserve shares an unfenced boundary with the world-renowned Kruger National Park, South Africa’s largest wildlife sanctuary and one of the biggest game reserves in the world.
The park is located in the north-east of South Africa, in the eastern parts of Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces.
Getting to Ngala:
Federal Air offers daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg and Nelspruit to Ngala Private Game Reserve.
Connect Ngala Private Game Reserve to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Phinda Private Game Reserve, and the Sabi Sand Game Reserve.
There are daily Airlink flights from Cape Town to Hoedspruit Airport, which are then followed by a two-hour road transfer.
It is a six-hour drive from Johannesburg, on very good roads, in a two-wheel-drive vehicle.
